Master Pizzaiolo, Massimiliano Stamerra, grew up in the distinguished Italian region of Puglia, led by significant olive oil production and the influence of the extensive Mediterranean Sea coast. Stamerra developed the ability to create unique artisanal doughs through the combination of various culinary experiences.
